Argentina approved Pluspetrol and Gas y Petróleo del Neuquén for its Large Investment Incentive Regime, clearing a 25-year, $12.4 billion development plan for the Bajo del Choique-La Invernada block that targets production above 100,000 barrels of oil a day.
