Argentina Approves $12.4 Billion Vaca Muerta Investment Under RIGI Incentive Regime

Argentina has approved a $12.4 billion hydrocarbon investment by Pluspetrol and provincial energy company GyP under the RIGI framework, with plans for more than 600 new horizontal wells to expand oil production and exports from the Neuquén basin.
