Argentina Approves $12 Billion Investment for Vaca Muerta Shale Expansion

The Milei administration has formally authorized a $12.4 billion capital injection for the Bajo del Choique-La Invernada hydrocarbon blocks under a new large-scale incentive regime, a move intended to help the Vaca Muerta formation double its production to over 100,000 barrels per day.
