Argentina Approves Multi-Billion-Dollar Energy Investments to Accelerate Vaca Muerta Export Expansion
The Argentine government approved major energy projects under its Large Investment Incentives Regime, including Pampa Energía's US$4.5 billion Rincón de Aranda development and a US$1.2 billion pipeline linking Vaca Muerta gas fields to the Atlantic coast. The projects are intended to expand oil and liquefied natural gas exports, strengthen energy infrastructure and reinforce Argentina's ambitions to become a major global energy supplier.
