Argentine state-controlled energy company YPF and a consortium of international partners have reached a final investment decision to construct a liquefied natural gas export facility in Río Negro province. The milestone project will utilize Vaca Muerta shale reserves to position Argentina as a major global energy supplier by the end of the decade.
