Major Chinese Automotive Conglomerate Chooses Córdoba for First South American Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Plant

The Chinese automotive giant BYD has announced it will construct its first South American electric vehicle manufacturing and assembly facility in the central Argentine province of Córdoba, aiming to leverage domestic lithium supplies and existing automotive supply chains for regional export markets.
