Pluspetrol and Neuquén Energy Company Win Approval for $12.4 Billion Vaca Muerta Expansion

Argentina’s large-investment incentive committee approved a $12.4 billion joint venture between Pluspetrol and Neuquén’s provincial energy company to develop the Bajo del Choique block, targeting production of more than 100,000 barrels of oil a day over 25 years.
