State-backed energy company YPF and a coalition of global energy partners have officially approved a multi-billion-dollar investment to construct a massive liquefied natural gas export terminal in the province of Río Negro, a historic milestone that will allow Argentina to export Vaca Muerta shale gas to global markets.
