YPF, Eni and XRG Sign Agreement to Advance Argentina LNG Export Project

State-run energy company YPF has signed a binding joint development agreement with Italy's Eni and partner XRG to develop a liquefied natural gas export project designed to process Vaca Muerta gas, with a final investment decision targeted for the second half of 2026.
